BOOK REVIEW: November 9 by Colleen Hoover
BOOK REVIEW:
From start to finish, I could not put this book down. I've heard so much about Colleen Hoover so I had really high expectations for this book. I love when a book is good from the beginning and doesn't take forever to actually be fun to read, and that's exactly what this book was for me.
Fallon and Ben's relationship was a rollercoaster ride. From being completely in love with each other one year, to suddenly never wanting to speak to each other again. It was a hot mess. But I was so here for it. I loved how unpredictable their relationship was throughout the entire book. The incorporation of how the fire affected her self-image and relationship with herself was also a nice reminder of how important this actually is, especially before a real relationship with another person.
Ben's character made me believe in love all over again. Their love felt so real and authentic and made me feel all mushy and warm inside the more I read. Books such as these remind me how beautiful love can really be if you let it. I finished this book with little warm fuzzies and happiness. Hoover does an incredible job at drawing the reader in from beginning to end. I absolutely adored the way she skipped to the next year, genius. Straight to the juice.
Although it was a tad cheesy at times, I will recommend this book to all my romance lovers. If you're looking for a feel-good book that makes you love love, pick up November 9.
