BOOK REVIEW: A Court of Thorns & Roses
I really enjoyed this book in the beginning, however, the ending was a little bit slower for me. However, I really felt myself get attached to Feyre from the start. When I initially read this book, I was so confused with the first few chapters. I love how it started to slowly piece together as the book went on.
In the first half of this book, I loved Tamlin. I thought he was perfect for her. But as the book goes on, you can slowly start to see his true colors and take note on the fact that he values fame and praise more than his own relationships, It was hard to read as he did nothing while Feyre was being tortured. It felt as though she was repulsed by him one minute, then madly in love with him 1 week later.
This book was very unpredictable, which I loved. I felt myself become more and more intrigued as the story went on and will definitely continue on with the series. I am hoping they get more and more interesting, I can definitely see the potential.
Overall rating: 4/5, would probably read again.
